Rent Collection


VP Realty provides many accessible options for residents to pay rent. They can easily access payment options online. Tenants can choose various methods for rent payments:


Tenants can pay rent via ACH or electronic payment using Account number  and routing number at no cost to tenants.


There is an option to pay using Debit or Credit cards.


Rent can also be paid via Money order or cashier’s check.


A confirmation number is provided with paid rent. We have sculpted rent  collection to fit your residents needs, so they can pay rent without the hassle! The rent payment reminders are sent automatically to the tenants.


Our easy and online process of rent collection ensures timely rent  collection.

Inspections
